Sign in to your Google account

Make sure you're logged into the Google account you want the library saved under — personal Gmail or Workspace, both work the same. The copy will land in that account's Drive, so pick the one you actually use.

Don't have a Google account? Create one free at accounts.google.com first, then come back to this page.

Open the master sheet

Click the green "Open Master Library" button above. The sheet opens in a new browser tab in view-only mode — that's normal and intentional. You'll see the data but you can't edit it yet.

Don't click "Request edit access" — it won't be granted, and you don't need it. The next step is what unlocks editing.

File → Make a copy

In the top-left of the sheet, click the File menu, then choose Make a copy.

A small dialog appears. Give your copy a name (e.g. "My JournalCraft AI Library"), pick which Drive folder to save it in, then click the blue Make a copy button.

Bookmark your copy & start using it

Your new copy opens automatically in a fresh tab — this one is fully editable and lives in your own Drive. Bookmark this URL (not the master link). From now on, always work from your copy.

You can filter rows, highlight prompts you've already used, add your own notes columns, share with a teammate — everything works because it's yours. To re-open later, just go to drive.google.com and find the file by name.

If you only have a phone: open the master link in mobile Chrome → tap the three-dot menu → Desktop site → then File → Make a copy. The mobile Sheets app hides this option, so desktop view is required for the copy step. After that, the mobile app works fine on your saved copy.
